Are there any costs involved?
No! Checking your eligibility is completely free, and if you qualify, your food benefits are covered through Medicaid at no cost to you.
Do I need Medicaid?
Yes. Wellbox is available to eligible New York Medicaid Managed Care members who meet the program requirements.
What do I need to get started?
Just your name, date of birth, and contact information. That's it!
We'll take it from there and guide you through the next steps.
How many meals can I receive?
You may qualify for up to 21 prepared meals per week!
The exact amount and how long you receive them depend on your individual needs and approval.

Can Wellbox help with services besides food?
Food is what we do best, but we're happy to connect you with organizations that offer housing assistance, transportation, and other community support.
Will receiving food benefits affect my Medicaid?
No. Receiving food support through the Social Care Network program won't change your existing Medicaid medical benefits.
Can my family qualify too?
They might! Each family member's eligibility is based on their own needs and circumstances.
